Republicans eye RGGI

Front Door Politics NH reported yesterday that “a likely flashpoint on the horizon for environmental and energy policy in the upcoming legislative session will be the proposal to repeal New Hampshire’s participation in the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative, or RGGI.”
