Sunapee Posts Conservation Comm. Minutes On-line

SunapeeSubscribepageIt just become a little easier to follow the work of the Sunapee conservation commission.  Its meeting minutes are now available on-line via the Town of Sunapee website. And, according to the minutes for October 7, the commission unanimously recommended veteran members Bruce Burdett and Lela Emery to serve another three years on the board. Other conservation commission members are Van Webb, chairman, Roger Whitaker, Tim Fleury, Rem Mastin and Robert Hill.

Sunapee, like other municipalities in the region, offers on-line subscriptions to town and recreation department news and announcements. One can also sign up to get meeting minutes. In Sunapee, some civic boards and committees post their public minutes on the web. A review of the town website shows up-to-date minutes for the selectmen, planning board and master plan committee (some master plan discussion is under planning board minutes), zoning board, conservation commission, library trustees, recreation committee, and water and sewer commission.

As for meeting agendas, a few town boards–selectmen, planning and zoning– post agendas on-line prior to a meeting; the office of the selectmen customarily upload its agendas on the Friday before a Monday meeting.

The town also posts a calendar of upcoming meetings and provides for web comments. Email:
