Crackerbarrel Talk at Sunapee Historical Society Museum July 2

The Sunapee Historical Society will host a a Crackerbarrel Talk titled “Working At Summer Jobs in Sunapee Harbor” on Thursday, July 2 at 7 p.m. at the Sunapee Historical Society Museum, Sunapee Harbor. A fun, informal conversation with people who worked at the Woodbine Cottage, the Ben Mere Hotel, and the Anchorage is planned. The event is open to the public free of charge.

The Sunapee Historical Society Museum is located in the old Flanders-Osborne Stable, 74 Main Street, at Sunapee Harbor. There one can view exhibits and learn about the history of the town, the steamboat era and the area’s grand hotels.

The museum is open during the summer: Tuesday,Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 1 to 4 p.m., and Wednesday, 7 to 9 p.m. In the autumn it’s open until Columbus Day, 1 to 4 p.m., Saturday and Sunday.

Admission is free of charge, but donations are welcome and needed.
